Number flips are attached to the place value board to help connect the numerical symbols with the concrete materials arranged on the place value board. Cards have pre-punched holes for easy assembly. Each student uses one blue 0-9 set and one white 0-9 set to correspond to the place value board. There are 16 number flip sets per package.
